remove the copied subdirectories

export CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/BerkeleyDB-4.5/include"
export LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/BerkeleyDB-4.5/lib"
./configure

and make the dynamic linker/loader aware of the path to libdb-4.5.so
