Hello,
I have a master ldap and a replica, my question is if the slurpd.replog
size will keep growing ?
Doesn't slurpd empties the slurpd.replog after each sync ?

If all the replicas are receiving the changes, then yes, it truncates the log. If one of the replicas is down, it will grow indefinitely.

In any case, slurpd is a deprecated replication mechanism. You should look at moving to syncrepl in OpenLDAP 2.3+
