I'm getting:

slapd[7662]: [ID 373051 local4.error] warning: /etc/hosts.allow, line 7: cannot open /etc/hosts.allow: Too many open files

Hmmm...how does it know the slapd line is line 7 if it can't open it?
And is it trying to open it recursively? Very curious...
