Problem with syncprov overlay

I have a problem with syncprov-checkpoint :)

my configuration:

overlay syncprov
syncprov-checkpoint 1000 100
syncprov-sessionlog 100

when I add 1000th element LDAP returns: error code 1 - Operations Error :)
i think that syncprov can't create checkpoint, but i don't know why?
