Im still not sure of how slurpd work. My question is, if i add an entry
to a master LDAP and the slave was down, is this entry going to get
replicated when the slave goes up again?. Does slurpd keeps trying to
replicate the entries that were not replicated or does it only try once?

Yes, if a slave is down, slurpd will retry replicating to it periodically until it comes back up.
