Q: is this an anonymous bind?

Hello,

I notice some clients are trying to do queries against OpenLDAP bug the 
logs are showing this:

==> limits_get: conn=3 op=1 dn="[anonymous]"

May I safely assume that the client software is not using its 
username/password for the query?
