Indexing and searching OpenLDAP 2.3 man pages

Hi list,

I've put notes on how I converted the OpenLDAP 2.3 man pages included
with the source code to html and then indexed them, so that they can be
searched using Swish-e and an Apache server on
http://www.billy.demon.nl/Indexing-Postfix-html-doco.html. Perhaps
someone might find them useful. Would appreciate feedback *off list* on
how I could make the content of the url better.
