setting up ldap on Windows plattform

Hi, I am a beginer with LDAP. I am trying to use openldap on Windows
platform. I downloaded a binary distribution of OpenLDAP for 32-bit
Microsoft Windows systems from http://lucas.bergmans.us/hacks/openldap/ and
installed it. I then set my slapd.conf for the setting I neede but it doesnt
work. Can anyone help?
