I believe this is typically because slapd.conf does not include a schema
file which defines the 2. objectClass value.  (2. instead of 1. because
the '#1' counts from #0 and up.)

Though it could really be bad syntax, like class name 'foo bar' instead
of 'fooBar' or something.
