My box sufferred a kernel panic and this appears to have resulted in my
openldap db being corrupted. Does anyone know the syntax of any tools i
can use to recover the db to a consistent state?
You haven't specified the version of OpenLDAP or what database backend you
are using. *If* you are using the BDB backend, and OpenLDAP 2.1 or later,
you can use db_recover. That should restore the DB to the last point the
log files have checkpointed at.
