This message occurs normally. It means that pending data is not yet available from the resource,
a network socket. slapd(8) will process the data once it becomes available.

Thank you Kurt, but still it doesn't makes sense to me.

What's the "resource" in this context? a network socket?
this means that the host issuing the ldap opetation did
something weird?
