Switching from BDB to HDB

Dear all,

We currently have two Directories with 10000+ users, i.e. one Master and
one slave.

What steps would need to be taken to switch from a BDB backend to a HDB?

P.S> These systems are lab tests only, so not production, therefore can be
taken down anytime.
