v2.1.30 openldap - documentDN in rdbms backend

the mysql backend sql scripts seem to add a documentDN to the metadata 
that slapd then complains is not part of inetOrgPerson (which is true)

is this a bug? known? how can it be worked around?

what is the default connection dn and password for the admin account?
