openldap 2-1.2.13-5 does not exist (nor it is a valid version number)
never heard of linux 8.0.

This entry is invalid for many reasons;
since it appears this is the first entry
you're adding to your database, and the
errors you're running into are of the most
obvious, please read the Admin guide
for more details on how to configure and
feed a database.  In detail, you shoudl
follow the quick startup guide step by step
before reporting further errors to the list.
