modifytimestamp syntax is
the year, month, day, hour, minute, optionally seconds, and time zone (GMT is recommended for the time zone and uses Z as its symbol).

For Example,
modifyTimestamp: 20040203111600Z

What is the meaning of the 20040203111600Z string ??

2004 - year
02 - month
03 - day
---
11 - hour
16 - minutes
00 - seconds
---
Z -- letter
