Re: value of naming attribute not present in entry



id has no equality rule, so it cannot be matched
when checking if the naming attribute is correctly
defined in the entry, so the test, to be conservative,
fails.  This topic has been discussed since five
minutes after this check has been added to OpenLDAP's
software (one year ago? two?) you may find more
detailed explanations in the archives.
