make test issue

All,
I'm working on installing OpenLDAP 2.2.4 on a Solaris 9 machine and am
having issues at the make test step. Here is what I'm seeing:
make test

The machine is at kernel level 08, and has cyrus-sasl-2.1.17 db-4.2.52
and openssl-0.9.7c installed without any issues. For gcc I have 3.3.2
installed. I checked and libgcc_s.so.1 is in /usr/local/lib. Does
anyone have any ideas on why I'm seeing this error and how to correct
it?
I've been searching google but have not come up with a solution yet.
