ldapmodify needs argc >= 2

Hi,

why does ldapmodify need to be called with at least one argument? I'm
refering to line 214 of clients/tools/ldapmodify.c (OpenLDAP 2.1.25).
IMHO it should be ok to call ldapmodify without any arguments and let
it read from stdin.

Is this a bug?
