problems in installing ldap server

Dear all; 

am trying to install ldap server on redhat9 
i have installed rpms 
smbldap-tools-0.8.2-1
openldap-2.0.27-8
openldap-servers-2.0.27-8
nss_ldap-202-5
openldap-devel-2.0.27-8
openldap-clients-2.0.27-8
but when tried to add a user using command 
smbldap-useradd.pl
i got this output
