RE: Replica of Active Directory

Hi, Reinhard,

This is a work for a huge multi-national customer with its headquarters
in the US. They have 2 plants and 3 offices here in Brasil and they are
moving from Novell to Linux, so they need a centralized authentication
system to replace it.

The thing is, they are not allowed to manage users themselves over here,
it has be done by the IT department over on the headquartes in the US,
and they use MS AD. That's why I need the user accounts base replicated
periodically on the local OpenLDAP server. Also, if the local setup
works, it may be adopted by that company worldwide.

And, as I have mentioned before, I'm located in Sao Paulo, Brasil.

Thanks for your help,

Jim
