and slapd still crash.
Then I've tried with bdb-4.2.52NC with and without the same workaround.
And the slapd still crash again.
Two problems here:
With OpenLDAP 2.1.22, you need to use BDB 4.1.25.
With BDB-4.2.52, you need to use OpenLDAP 4.1.24 or later.
