Unable to add the user

Hi,

When i tried to add the user in the databases. Its giving following error.

[root@aaacr root]# /usr/local/ldap/bin/ldapadd -x -W -D "uid=root, dc=tcs, dc=com" <
/home/nraaman/useradd.ldif
Enter LDAP Password:
adding new entry "uid=nraaman,dc=tcs,dc=com"
