You'll get used to it, same with Wietse Venema. Both answer in the same
vein: "RTFM, if you don't understand what you read, come back with
points in question"; "what do the logs tell you? Show us them"; "show us
your configs".

Howard writes a good deal of the code Openldap and other supporting
stuff - he's one of my heroes ;)
