Hi,

what is your problem? Have you included your schema file into slapd.conf?
Do you get a  syntax error on startup (the keword for the equality
matching rule
is EQUALITY not QUALITY)? The OID 1.1.2.1.3 seems somewhat wrong to me
(or is it
from the "experimental" OID range? OIDs must be unique. Have you read
the OpenLDAP
admin guide?
