Hello everybody,

I've got problems to get autofs to work too (system SuSE Linux 8.1)! My auto.master is in LDAP, in nsswitch.conf is automount ldap and I start autofs with the modified init-script using ldapsearch to get the mounts. Finally it looks like: /usr/sbin/automount /mnt ldap "ldapbase"

My error-message at startup is :
Starting service automounter( ldap  did not provide mounts)

Any idea???
