Groups and attribute

Excuse my poor english ... 

I have an object 'my_object' with an attribute 'my_group'. 
The attribute my_group must give the DN of a group (for example : cn=test, 
ou=Groups, dc=example, dc=com). 
I seek an ACL which give access only for the members of the group indicated by 
this attribute. 
I tried the ACL 
       by dnattr = 'my_group' 
but without success (but it works well if 'my_group' is directly a DN of a 
user, and 
not a DN of a group). 

Is there a solution ?
