create flag not set



I have a master and a slave server. After I ldapadd some accounts to the master server, it then replicate to the slave. Recently I found that after I add or modify accounts, the slave server got the following error messages, then after several minutes, the slapd will run out.

Anyone see this problem before?  Thanks for help!!
