Slapd 2.1.x question



Hi,
I'm running the OpenLDAP server with simple user's information for
email addressing (most Outlook 2000/XP and Outlook Express). After
upgrading service from v 2.0.7 to 2.1.16/17 I have observed strange behaviour.
If user in an email writes subject name and surname (instead of email
address) with national diacritic signs like "ą", "ę", "ó" OpenLDAP
returns valid data to Outlook Expressand all is O.K. For Outlook
2000/XP, while querrying slapd 2.1.16/17 about the same data,
an error is return. On OpenLDAP 2.0.7 all MS client works
good. Below I have enclosed debug output illustrating this problem:
