LDAP Referrals
Hi All ,
I have specific task to perform in my project but not
sure of how to achieve. My objective is
In our org we have 2 LDAP directory severs. Called as
Supplier and Consumer. Currently My Application does
write / read / update operation on Supplier LDAP. But
considering the number of users logging in we have
decided that all users will talk to Consumer (In sink
with Supplier) and if write / update operation is
performed then consumer should forward the request to
Supplier and if request is only read then consumer
should take care of.
I am reading Netscape LDAP referral handling but the
documents which I downloaded from Sun Site's does not
explain how to achieve above task.
Does anyone implemented such kind of concept before
any idea please.
