configure: warning: Could not locate TLS/SSL package.

Dear sir,
  I used Solaris 2.5.1 and gcc-3.0.1.
  I already install "/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.1" and
"/usr/local/ssl".

  And then I follow below.

  export CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.1/include"
  export LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.1/lib"

  But when I "configure", it has messages below.

   configure: warning: Could not locate TLS/SSL package
   configure: warning: TLS data protection not supported!

  How to solve this problem ?
