pb slurpd parameters

Hi, 

I just migrate from V2.1.2 to V2.1.16

When I start the slurpd, I have now a syntax error :

/usr/local/openldap/libexec/slurpd -f /home/ldap/ldap392/etc/slapd.conf -r /home/ldap/ldap392/replog/repfile -t /home/ldap/ldap392

If I remove the parameter -r (-r /home/ldap/ldap392/replog/repfile), it starts.

Is it a bug?
