openldap on Tru54 Unix 5.1

Hi:
I am trying to build openldap-2.1.8 on Tru54 Unix 5.1 platform. During
the configuration, I got the following error message:
494773:./conftest: /sbin/loader: Fatal Error: Cannot map library
libdb-4.1.so
The error happened when it is checking on Berkeley DB thread support.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? And how to fix it? Thanks.
