new syntax error in ldapadd

Hi,

There is a new error while using ldapadd. Whats the
problem here now?

[root@srvrenres ex]# ldapadd -D
"cn=Manager,dc=srvrenres,dc=com" -W -f ex.ldif
Enter LDAP Password:
ldap_bind: Protocol error
ldap_bind: additional info: requested protocol version
not allowed
