i just couldn't ldapadd!!!!!?????

dear sir,

i've gone thru all the articles, none of them mention details about
following command, i assumed this is just a simple command, but i just
couldn't get it thru, any one has some idea???

[root@raq openldap]# ldapadd -f sample.ldif -xv -D "cn=root,o=TSSB" -w
password
ldap_initialize( <DEFAULT> )
ldap_bind: Invalid credentials
