Using the how-to at http://www.fivesight.com/downloads/openldap.asp (thanks
to Lucas Bergman and others), I've managed to compile 2.1.4 on W2K/VS6 (no
SSL nor SASL stuff) with only minor modifications in makefiles (options,
include path & Co)
