Make sure that your database directory
(/usr/local/openldap/var/openldap-ldbm) exists and is writeable by the
user that you run slapadd as. Also make sure you run slapadd as the
same user that will be used to run slapd. (Better still, start slapd
anyway and use ldapmodify to add the data instead of slapadd)
