"err=XX text=" log entries

How can I determine what these errors are? I have seen many different
"err=XX text=" values in the logs but there are no values to the right
of the text equals sign. Here is an example:

Nov 19 11:57:23 p2 slapd[11607]: conn=0 op=4 RESULT tag=107 err=32 text=
