You got most of the problems.  The problems, as I know them, are:

- You don't have the authority to see some of the attributes/sub-trees
- You have more entries than the sizelimit will allow a single search
	to return
- You exceed the time limit
- Unless you specifically ask ('+') you won't see the create/modify
	attributes (and ldapadd can't handle them anyway)
