ldapsearch to query active directory

 Hello,
Here I tried to use ldapsearch to query microsoft active directory 
data, and
I use the following command:

 ldapsearch -x -LLL  "cn=HuangJeffery,cn=Users,dc=mydomain,dc=com" 
mobile -h
192.10.10.193 -p 389

But I cannot query any data from active directory. I'm sure that the data is
exist. I can query it from outlook express and softerra ldap browser. does
anyone know what's the problem? Please tell me!
