2.0.23 -> 2.1.8 migration

Hello.

I am struggling with moving from a 2.0.23 to 2.18. The most pain seems to 
be schema checking. Has it gone stricter? I had to fix some schema errors 
which 2.0 let me get away with. Now the current puzzle is this:

slapadd: dn="uid=17956_isp_lv,ou=users,ispmanDomain=isp.lv,dc=isp,dc=lv" 
(line=30): (65) invalid structural object class chain 
(inetOrgPerson/ispmanDomainUser)



and an excerpt from ispman.schema

        SUP top STRUCTURAL

the inetOrgPerson has not changed. 


I'd appriciate clues on where to dig.
