How to add user, password and configure for TLS

Dear All,

Now im able to setup and got running OpenLDAP. I wish to know (here itself
in example or resources on web):

1. How to add new user and password? Please guide.
   I wish to add above user so that I can later authenticate the user using
TLS.
2. Do I need to do any special settings in any of the configuration files in
order to activate SSL/TLS support?

Please guide me on above. Thanks.
