H323gatekeeper+openldap(DSA is unavailable)

Hi,
I have a trouble with running h323gatekeeper, I get "segmentation fault" whenever i fixed ldap.conf. So i only fix the slapd.conf, Any idea?
And how to add AttributeNames such as H323ID? fix slapd.conf or schema file(such as voip.schema)? My gatekeeper's status just following:
