Slapadd hangs depending on attributes in index lines

 When I create a database using slapadd, an ldif file and a certain
 combination of attributes to be indexed, slapadd hangs, and it seems to be
 related to some of the attributes being indexed. I noticed the problem was
 related to the line "index  cn,mail,surname,givenname  eq,subinitial".
After
 I removed this line and ran slapadd again, it created the database.

 Has anybody had any similar problem?
