windows/DOS client & library

Hi all

I have to write an LDAP client on DOS/Windows.

Can I use the openldap's /include and /libraries,
or are they only available for Unix  ?
Do I need special-extra-stuff like DLLs, etc. ?
If so, where can I get it ?
