Generally, I think they run a couple days...  abnormally,
I wouldn't be surprised if it took longer than a week.

http://www.iana.org/cgi-bin/enterprise.pl says:
  You will receive an e-mail requesting confirmation
  of the information you have submitted.

If you haven't received a confirmation, I suggest you
contact IANA <iana@iana.org>.
