From 2.0.6 to 2.0.23

Hi all,

I have a problem (same as 1 year ago, but i'm not remember the way to solve
this).
I extract from a old server running openldap 2.0.6 my db content with
slapcat
I put the ldif file into a new server running openldap 2.0.23 with slapadd
command.
but slapadd reject the entries with an accent.
I copy also the ldbm directory, but slapd don't start.
and finnaly, I try to produce an ldif file without base64 (directly the
accent), isn't work !

Which is the best way to migrate my db ?
