Thanks for that, I removed title and mail and it was inserted okay. The
only problem is that when I tried to change the user entry and add mail
I get either:
  modify failed: Insufficient access (50)
    additional information:
  Please try again later.

or as the Manager:
modify failed: Object class violation (65)
    additional information: attribute 'mail' not allowed
  Please try again later.

So how do I add an email address for a user
