RE: No objectClass attribute



Well, checking the attribute mentioned (creatorsName) in the standard 
schema files I've got it says among other things "NO-USER-MODIFICATION". 
Perhaps it means what it says (one can never know) ;-)

Now, I can't conceive why does it happen.  More hints (hope you survive): 
there should be *.rej files on the master host---see where exactly the 
error occurs;  in case you didn't, you should read the Admin Guide---it 
has a separate section on replication (aka rtfm).

Thanks for your reply. I've checked the schema files know corrected them
and restarted the ldap servers, even booted the server. It still doesn't
work.

Perhaps you are using different schema setup on the slave server.  Just

hint---I've never tried replicating...
