saslRegexp config option

I am sure someone must have come across the problem that I have and I am 
interested to confirm it.

The "saslRegexp" config option doesn't seem to be actually implemented 
as of 2.0.23.

I attempt sasl logins and my sasl username is not mapped onto the 
corresponding LDAP name for my database.  I can't find a reference to 
the "saslRegexp" command in salpd/config.c so I presume it simply has 
not yet been implemented.

This is a problem if it's true because the Administrators Guide mentions 
the option as if it was working and has caused me to spend hours in a 
futile attempt to make the mapping happen.

I am looking at putting it in myself but any patch that I make is 
unlikely to be of suitable quality since I am not familiar with the code.
