SASL Framework
Hi all,
i want to use the ldappasswd with the -Y option.
- Y (Specify the SASL mechanism to be used for authentication. If it's
not specified, the program will choose the best mechanism the server
knows.)
I want to use the the ldappasswd -x -D 'cn=zamangoerf,ou=entwicklung,o=xxxx'
-w banu -s banu -Y '{MD5}'
<output>
ldappasswd: not compiled with SASL support
</output>
Does it mean that i must take the Cyrus SASL library version 2.0 and compile
it.
